Our company is the Nokia authorized distributor in Mongolia since August, 2007 and have sales network of 46 branches in Ulaanbaatar and in rural provinces.

NewTel LLC is the official warranty Nokia service center in Mongolia since April, 2002 and first in its kind domestically. Our service center is a level 3 according to Nokia standards and we provide all types repair services on Nokia handsets including software, mechanical and electro-mechanical repairs.

Handset repair training center was established in November, 2007 and started with students from rural provinces where service is needed, which is now over 100 graduates.

On Oct. 22nd, 2007, the website www.tedy.mn was launched and was a runaway success. www.tedy.mn provides through internet sales the same level of service and reliability for all TEDY’s products to all customers.
