Through this project implementation Newtel aims to be a model company in Service sector that recognized as international level company and share its knowledge and experience with others gained through this journey to excellence.
In the other hand, this is a journey through which a company attains business expansion, increases profits and customer satisfaction, which lead to a contribution to development of Mongolian service sector.
Since 2003 Newtel closely cooperates with Mongolian National Productivity Center/NPDC/ on implementing and developing productivity and management tools as 5S, QCC and Kaizen SS successfully as well and in 2006 the company was regarded to Presidential “Productivity Award” of Mongolia.
