Handset training center is established on November.2007, under Newtel Company, a service provider of MobiCom Corporation. Since then, the training center's successfully graduated over 170 people due to 15 enrollments.The aim of handset training center is to prepare qualified handset repairman, to improve total customer satisfaction, to expand handset repairing service all over the country.
MNCCI recognized & honored the NewTel LLC for its' business management, procedure input of new technology, best quality and productivity management and increased variety of services for customers in Telecommunication Sector of Mongolia in 2009 & awarded the company one of the specific nomination as " Entrepreneur - Incorporate Science with Business" & Bronze Mercury Cup together.
